Andrew Braddock
Violist Andrew Braddock is on the faculty of Western Kentucky University (WKU) and is the co-director of the WKU String Academy. He teaches viola at the university and maintains a full pre-college studio of young violinists and violists. In the summers, he teaches at the Indiana University Summer String Academy and serves as the Director of the WKU Summer String Institute. He is the editor of the American Suzuki Journal, previously serving as the editor of the Journal of the American Viola Society and on the board of the American Viola Society. His writing has also appeared in The Strad and the Journal of the British Music Society. Andrew has given performances and masterclasses throughout the United States and abroad, at venues including the Sejong Center in Seoul and the National Concert Hall in Taipei.
